Sujata Jaffer, founder and Managing Partner of Nexia Tanzania has won ‘Personality of the Year’ at the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) Awards 2018.

The IAB Awards ceremony was held at the iconic Waldorf Hilton, in London’s West End on 4 October 2018, celebrating worldwide best practice in the accounting profession.

Sujata, who has been managing Nexia Tanzania for the past 15 years, was recognised by the IAB for her significant contribution to the profession in the past year.

Nexia Tanzania is a leading accountancy and business advisory firm based in Dar es Salaam. Formed in 2003 the firm now has more than 40 professional members of staff, specialising in advising growing and entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses, listed companies, public institutions, local authorities and not-for-profit organisations.

Nexia Tanzania is a member of Nexia International, which has member firms in over 110 countries worldwide. According to the latest International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) World Survey, the network is the 9th largest global accounting network and is also a member of Forums of Firms.
