Sujata has over 25 years experience in Audit, Tax and Consulting. She is a CPA (T) registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania , and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with ISACA, USA and a member of the ISACA chapter in Tanzania and a pioneer member of IICFIP. She is a member of Tanzania Association of Accountants (TAA) and also the Governing Board member of TAA and a Treasurer to the Board. She is the Chairperson of the Education and Training Committee of TAA. Her specialization is in the Donor Funded Projects, and Financial Services, Industrial, Commercial and Public sectors.
Mufaddal is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), CPA registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania (NBAA) and CPA registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He has also been nominated as a Council Member of ACCA Network Panel, Tanzania 2011/12. He has more than 15 years experience in auditing. His specialization is in audit of Donor-funded projects, Public Sector, Horticulture, Manufacturing, Trading, Finance, Law, Insurance, and Properties.
Happy has over 6 years experience in the audit field. She is a Certified Practitioner – US Government auditing. She specialises in the audit of not-for-profit organisations which includes governments, UN agencies, international funding institutions, development partners/donors, local and international non-governmental organisations, projects and programs. She is a graduate of University of Dodoma, with a B.Com degree in Finance. She is currently pursuing an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK) Certification.
Mohamed Osman Ebrahim

Mohamed has over 5 years of experience in the audit field. He specialises in the audit of Banks and Financial institutions, commercial companies, service industries and donor funded projects. He is a registered member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors as an Associate Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA-PP). Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Accounting (B.Acc) from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM). He is currently pursuing Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK) Certification.

Timothy has over two years’ experience in audit and accounting field. He is experienced in handling medium to large sized clients/audits. He specialises in audit of banks and financial institutions, commercial companies, service industries, private and public organisations. He holds BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from University of Portsmouth, UK. He is currently pursuing an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK) Certification.

Mrs. Prasitha Prasad is responsible for provision of leadership and directs the innovation and change management strategies, reshapes business practices and drives entrepreneurship to ensure the advice provided is well-placed to succeed within an increasingly competitive sector. Prasitha also shapes and implements Client Organisation’s strategic projects and corporate change initiatives that enhance the client Organisation’s distinctive mission and which anticipate/respond to external opportunities and emerging challenges. Ms. Yagna Solanki is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) an Certified Public Accountant of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania (NBAA) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University, UK. She has more than 5 years of experience in auditing in particular; manufacturing, trading and distribution, leisure, financial, construction, donor funded and public sector entities. Yagna is currently involved in taxation services in terms of providing services to clients such as corporate taxation, VAT refunds and audits, handling audits and investigations initiated by the Tanzania Revenue Authority and handling communication between the client and the revenue authority.
